Skiing again

With all the skiing talk, I never really said how I did when family went skiing. Well I did awful. It might as well have been my first time. I really didn't like it very much and was terrified. On the one big hill I tried, I flew straight down doing a snowplough the whole way because I couldn't figure out how to remember how to turn. It wasn't a wasted trip obviously with our children loving it so much. But I think Dave was giving up hope of me ever wanting to go with him. So we went on Saturday night. Just the two of us. Dave was able to take on his "teacher" role which he really is so good at. I was determined to be a good student because I really did want to learn. By the end of the night I was turning back and forth down the hills and going down hills that I never would have thought possible. We had an awesome time together and discussed taking the whole family out again.
