Lighter than...air?

I've had people ask me if I was done blogging. Nope. Just having a dry spell.

I made waffles yesterday and I have been making them to order. I make most of them dark in color and rather crispy because that's how I like them. Dave has told me he likes them lighter in color and rather soft. So I had this conversation with Alexis and Trey.

Me: I made this waffle for Daddy because it's really light but you guys can split it since he's not ready.

Alexis: Wow that is light! That's very light!

Trey: Yes. It's so light I can run with it!
