Big Hairy Deal
It started as a joke. Back in January, we started doing a video series called Insanity. Dave started dropping weight like crazy, it was amazing. One day, he didn't shave. Then the next day he didn't shave and said something like maybe he wouldn't shave again until he was under 200 pounds. One day turned into a week which turned into months until he looked like a mountain man.

Holy crap! What a transformation! It's like he was on that old reality show: "The Swan." Although, I have a soft spot in my heart for such epic beards, but that's just me. And congrats on the weight loss, Dave! That's amazing!
